This policy explains what information Yadhur Tech (“we”, “us”) collects through https://yadhurtech.com, why we collect it, and how it’s handled. It applies to this marketing website and the enquiry form on it — it does not cover client projects we build separately, which are governed by that project’s own agreement.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect:
- Name, email address, and phone number (if provided)
- The service, industry, budget range, and timeline you select
- The message you write
- Standard technical data (IP address, browser, referring page) via server logs and analytics
If you message us on WhatsApp instead, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy in addition to this one.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and follow up about a potential project
- To keep an internal record of leads and past conversations (in our CRM)
- To understand which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries, using aggregated analytics
We do not sell your information to third parties.
Where it’s stored
Form submissions are stored in a Postgres database we control, hosted via Vercel. Email notifications about new enquiries are sent through Resend. Both are standard third-party infrastructure providers, not marketing partners — they process data on our behalf and don’t use it for their own purposes.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand site traffic and measure ad performance, where those are configured. See our Cookie Policy for details on what that involves and how to opt out.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — email info@yadhurtech.com and we’ll action it within a reasonable timeframe.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
